Getting Started

 

Buy the sample to get started (Optional). 
*Samples are pre-printed and CAN'T be customized, they are only for you to see the quality of our work. The production time for a Sample is 1 Week + Shipping time
To place a full order:  we encourage you to contact us with the information
below so we can discuss in detail what the shipping date will be  and so we can prepare a custom quote to get started immediately: 

A- Wedding date
B- Design of your preference (i.e.. The Item Title: "Lace Wedding Invitation Suite- The vintage lace on Sand/ blush". And if you would like the invitation "as is" , otherwise, please refer to our color charts under the section "options" and let us know the specific colors to be used.
C-Qty needed
D-If you need any additional insert as a reception card (@ $1.25 ea) 
E- If you need printed envelopes (available @$1.00 ea), we use the same font used on the invitation to print them and the return address will be printed on the back flap (STRONGLY RECOMMENDED SO YOU CAN MAIL YOUR INVITATIONS AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE THEM).
F- If interested in outer envelopes, they are available for .50 c ea and they match perfectly the metallic inner envelope (Outer envelopes are to protect the inner during the handling).
Once we know this we will contact you with information regarding the booking dates available and a custom quote for you. 

Time to Create!! 

* Please remember that you should order your invitations at least 4 months in advanced as you should mail them two months prior to the wedding day.

*Re-ordering invitations (once they have been sent) will need to be scheduled as well and they will incur in an additional $25.00 small order fee. The same applies when reordering printed envelopes. The rule of the thumb is to add at least 10 invitations to your headcount to avoid having to order them last minute.
*To order any Matching Stationary such as Table Numbers, Menu cards, Ceremony Programs or  Thank You Cards, please contact us and we will send you a quote according to the level of customization and embellishments requested.

 
Shipping Policy
 
The Shipping methods we use are:
Samples= USPS First Class Mail.
Complete set of invitations = Priority Mail  ( 2 to 3 days OR 1 to 2 days, insurance and confirmation delivery included in these orders). We carefully pack and double boxed them.
***Please note that international buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
***SHIPPING IS BASED ON WEIGHT AND LOCATION- there will be no extra charges from our side for shipping or handling, once the box is ready and weighted we will send you a quote for both, regular Priority Mail as well as for the expedited service.
Refund Policy
Because every invitation is customized and personalized to each customer, returns are not accepted, however, cancellations are possible if the invitations haven't been printed yet, but the deposit will be forfeit. Cancellations are not possible once we have printed your wording and production has started. 
Disclaimer:
* if your scheduled date for shipping happens to be on a weekend, the invitations will be sent the next available business day.
* To avoid future misunderstandings we prefer all communications in written (rather than phone calls) so both of us can refer to a past conversation if needed.
* We prefer to deal with one person per order, preferably the Bride, the groom OR the Bride's mom.
*It is the responsibility of the person who place the order to verify that all the invitations are correct and inspected immediately after received and before they are sent out to their guests. 
*Since our agenda is very tight  (we only have 2-3 weeks for the assembling of the invitations while working on multiple orders at the same time), once production has started we CAN"T stop the assembling to send pictures or samples, because of this I always recommend buying a sample prior to placing a full order, so you can have an idea of the quality of my work and to know what to expect after an order is placed.
*We are not responsible for any typographical error , misspelling or grammar submitted by the customer during the final proofs, for that we encourage the customer to carefully check (and double check with someone else) all the proofs before the ok is given for us to print them.
*Due to the huge amounts of lace we use with each order, we are not able to guarantee any particular lace received in your sample, however, in that instance, we will let the customer know and send them a picture of the lace to be replaced with.
